The Indian Point Homeowners Association was created by the Greater Construction Company under Osceola County Ordinance as the governing authority for the Indian Point community in 1994. We were created as a Not For Profit Corporation Association, under Florida State Statute 617 by Greater Construction. All revenues are used for our community and residents.
Our By-laws are amended by the members of the Indian Point Homeowners Association and the Board of Directors, and revisions in Florida State Statutes as per Florida State Legislators. Once approved and reviewed by our attorney, our attorney then files them with the State of Florida and Osceola County. All Board of Directors are state certified and attend regular training to effectively and legally serve our community. All members were given a copy of the Amended and Reinstated Bylaws after these documents where filed.
