Yard of
the Month
Each month’s
winner will have the Yard of the Month sign displayed
on their lawn for a full month until the next month’s
winner is announced. In addition they will also be
featured on the web site. At
the end of each quarter one of the three monthly
winners will be named Yard of the Quarter and receive
a prize.
- Your yard must be healthy and
kept mowed and neatly edged.
- All landscaped areas must be
weed free with trees and shrubs trimmed. (This
includes trees and bushes overhanging the
sidewalks.)
- Trash is not to be left out
prior to 6:00pm on the night before pick-up. (This
not only contributes to the overall look of the
yard, but it is also in the deed restrictions.)
- Fences must be in good repair
and not in need of paint, stain, etc.
- Driveways and sidewalks must
also be weed free.
Overall,
beyond meeting the criteria, the most visually
appealing yards are the ones that will get our judges'
attention.
